Senator Clements moved to amend the resolution on page two, in the Resolved clause, by striking out the words “35-43-0.10 (35A054), locally known as Middle Creek School Bridge, carrying CR 43 over Middle Wheeling Creek in Ohio County” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “35-002/00-011.58 (35A147), locally known as Short Creek Bridge, carrying WV 2 over Short Creek in Ohio County”;

And,

By striking out the title and substituting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 17—Requesting the Division of Highways name bridge number 35-002/00-011.58 (35A147), locally known as Short Creek Bridge, carrying WV 2 over Short Creek in Ohio County, the “U.S.M.C. PFC Manuel P. Markos Memorial Bridge”.
